What’s your refund policy?
Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. Should you wish to request a refund, you have 28 days from the date you received your purchase to return it to us in an unused and unridden condition in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please note that we can only offer refunds on a Whyte Certified Refurbished bike purchased from our Whyte Outlet store if it’s returned in the condition you received it in. E.g. not ridden or damaged (any more than it was when listed for sale when you ordered it via our Outlet store), and carefully packed in the original packaging it was sent to you in. Any Whyte Certified Refurbished bike received in a ridden condition (any more than it was when listed for sale when you ordered it via our Outlet store) will not be accepted.
To return in the UK, please contact us here. We’ll need your order number and/or your proof of purchase to complete this.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you then have 14 days to return the goods, at your expense, to the shop where you collected them (or, in the case of Whyte Certified Refurbished bikes, directly to us). Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime within 14 days of taking receipt of it for a full refund as long as it’s returned in an unused and unridden condition in its original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
How long will my refund take?
Upon receipt of your return by our warehouse team, your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods. Once approved, refunds can take from three to five business days, depending on your bank.
The 14 days have passed. What are my options?
You can’t now request a refund, however you are able to request a repair or a replacement. To do so, please contact us here. We’ll need your order number and/or your proof of purchase to complete this.
