Every Whyte bike comes with a two-year frame warranty against materials and manufacturing defects as standard for the original owner, together with a lifetime pivot-bearing warranty, a one-year warranty on parts, and a one-year cosmetic warranty on paint and decals.

Lifetime frame warranty
As the original owner of a 2025 collection bike bought on or after 1st November 2024, you can enjoy peace of mind with a lifetime extended frame warranty against materials and manufacturing defects simply by registering your new bike within 28 days of purchase via our warranty registration form.
Lifetime pivot bearing warranty
We also back all our full suspension bikes with a lifetime warranty on all suspension pivot bearings for the original owner – so when they eventually wear out, we’ll supply you a fresh set for free, for life. Just contact your local Whyte dealer whenever you need to claim. Fitting the new bearings is a specialist job so we recommend bearing kits are only fitted by authorised Whyte workshops.
Bosch eBike system two-year warranty
All the Bosch components of our Bosch-powered eMTBs are covered by Bosch’s two-year eBike systems warranty for the original owner, too; this includes the battery (two-years or 500 battery charge cycles, whichever comes first), the motor, screen, and controller. Plus with a global network of Bosch Service Centres, you’ll never be far from an expert helping hand.
Whyte Carbon Trail wheels two-year warranty
If you’ve bought a new ELyte 150 with our own Whyte Carbon Trail wheels, you’re also covered with a two-year warranty for the wheels against manufacturing or materials defects, together with a two-year crash replacement or repair warranty. So if anything does happen when you’re out riding within two years of when you bought the bike, you can rest easy that we’ve got your back.
RHeO Kynamic eBike system 36-month warranty
Our RHeO line of eCity and leisure eBikes also come with a 36-month warranty on the full Kynamic eBike system: the motor, battery, and controller all included. So you can ride safely and confidently in the knowledge that we’ve got you covered.

Important terms you need to know
Extended frame warranties
By activating your extended frame warranty as the original owner, you’re covered for the duration of the extended warranty period (four year or lifetime, depending on the model year of the bike and when you purchased it) against frame defects in materials and workmanship when you use the bike as intended. Whyte Carbon Trail wheels lifetime warranty
All our Whyte Carbon Trail wheels come with a two-year warranty for the original owner as standard. This means that your wheels are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years when you use the wheels as they’re intended. On our Whyte Carbon Trail wheel equipped ELyte 150 bikes this means category four (4) – Enduro riding. You can read more about our bike classifications and intended uses here
For your Whyte Carbon Trail wheels to be covered, you need to register your new Whyte bike (that came stock with our Whyte Carbon Trail wheels) within 28 days of purchase
