How to shop 'Whyte Renewed'

Simply browse our ever-changing list of 'Whyte Renewed' Certified Refurbished bikes exclusively available on our web Outlet store. When you find the one that works for you, add it to your basket and checkout as normal – and leave the rest with us.

Once we’ve confirmed your order, we’ll then prep, protect and box up your 'Whyte Renewed' Certified Refurbished bike, to be shipped directly to you. Orders are normally processed and despatched within 24-48 hours, although orders placed outside of our normal working hours (8am-5pm on weekdays), or on weekends or national holidays, will not be processed until the next working day.

Either way, once processed we’ll send your bike via courier on a next working day delivery and will keep you updated so you know when your bike is on its way.

When you receive it, open the box carefully, take it out of the box and finish the final assembly by putting the bar and stem onto the steerer and putting the front wheel in (we’ve got step-by-step videos and instructions here to guide you through this simple process). Then just set it up to your liking and away you go.

Remember to keep hold of your box just in case you need to return the bike for any reason.

Please note: 'Whyte Renewed' Outlet bikes are currently only available to residents on the UK mainland + our 'Whyte Certified' refurbished Whyte warranty and returns conditions apply.

Condition grades explained

From like-new ex-display bikes with slight cosmetic damage, to ex-demo bikes and more, all are thoroughly checked, graded and refurbished to offer the same Whyte quality you expect but with significant savings.

The precise amount you can save varies by the bike’s condition and whether it’s our current year model – with previous year models offering even more savings:

Grade A: Like new

To ensure these bikes meet our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in perfect working order. No more than two (2) minor cosmetic imperfections on a single component (unless otherwise specified), or more than six (6) minor defects on the whole bike - but these will not affect functionality. Most come complete with all their original parts but a rare few may differ a little from the bike's stock specification; any replacement parts will be upgrades from the bike's original specification.

Grade B: Excellent

Very minor wear and tear. Have seen some light use from customer testing over short amounts of time but look like new with few, if any, cosmetic marks or scratches.To ensure these bikes meet our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in excellent working order. No more than two (2) minor cosmetic imperfections on a single component (unless otherwise specified), or more than eight (8) minor defects on the whole bike – but these will not affect functionality. Most come complete with all their original parts but a rare few may differ a little from the bike’s stock specification; any replacement parts will be upgrades from the bike’s original specification.

Grade C: Very good

ome wear and tear. Have been used and ridden but are mechanically sound with plenty of life left in all their parts. They will also have some cosmetic marks on them.To ensure these bikes meet our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in good working order.  No more than two (2) minor cosmetic imperfections on a single component (unless otherwise specified), or more than 10 minor defects on the whole bike – but these will not affect functionality. Where necessary, some parts have been replaced so the spec may differ from original; any replacement parts will be upgrades from the bike’s original specification.

Grade D: Good

Noticeable wear and tear. They might have noticeable marks on them from regular use but these will not affect functionality and the bikes still have plenty of life left them. To ensure these bikes meets our high standards for quality, they have all been fully checked over by our professional Cytech-qualified mechanics and are in good working order. No more than two (2) minor cosmetic imperfections on a single component (unless otherwise specified), or more than 12 minor defects on the whole bike – but these will not affect functionality. Where necessary, some parts have been replaced so the spec may differ from original; any replacement parts will be upgrades from the bike’s original specification.

Aftercare & support

Nobody knows our bikes better than us which is why we back every 'Whyte Renewed' Certified Refurbished bike directly with a two-year warranty against materials and manufacturing defects on all frames, a lifetime warranty on all suspension pivot bearings together with a one-year warranty on eBike systems (on 'Whyte Renewed' electric bikes).

To keep things simple, we automatically register every 'Whyte Renewed' bike sold to activate your warranty for you (from the date of purchase).
