As we approach the festive period, we would like to share our Christmas dispatch and courier arrangements to help you plan orders and deliveries accordingly.
Please also note our office hours during the festive period: the office will close at 1pm on Wednesday 24th December and will reopen at 8am on Friday 2nd January.

For Royal Mail small packages (under 2KG):
Please order items before Friday 19th December, so they are dispatched in time for Christmas. Any goods sent after this date cannot be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery. Services will resume from Friday 2nd January.
For FedEx small parcels (under 121cm max length x 76cm or 31KG):
Next-day delivery is available up to Tuesday 23rd December. Services will resume from Friday 2nd January.
For bike deliveries:
Last shipping day Monday 22nd December for next-day and pre-Christmas delivery. Last reciept of delivery Tuesday 23rd December. Services will resume from Friday 2nd January.
We recommend placing any urgent pre-Christmas orders in advance to ensure successful delivery before the festive break.
