Final assembly required
Every 'Whyte Renewed' Certified Refurbished bike comes pre-assembled in the box so all you need to do is to put the bar and stem onto the fork steerer, insert the front wheel and add your pedals. To help you through this process, we've complete step-by-step video and written guides here 

Important delivery information
Outlet bikes are only available for delivery to a UK mainland address and are sent on a one-to-three-day delivery service. Delivery times vary, but range from:

– One-to-two days for most postcodes in mainland England and Wales.
– Two-to-three days for much of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
– If you’re in a remote location the time for delivery can be longer – between three-to-five days.
– A signature is required on delivery.
– Deliveries are made anywhere between 8am and 6pm, Mon- Fri.
– Please ensure you will be able to receive and sign-for your bike as we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
– We will send you confirmation of despatch and a tracking link as soon as your bike leaves us.
– If you’re not going to be in, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to rearrange the delivery for you.
– If delivery has been attempted, you should be left a card with the details of how to rearrange your delivery with the courier.
