Not sure of an item and need to return it?
We hope you’re happy with your purchase but understand if you need to return an item.
Should you need to return your purchase, you have up to 14 days from taking delivery of your item to request a refund, and up to 28 days from the date you received your purchase to return it to us in an unused and unridden condition in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
To return in the UK, please contact us here. We’ll need your order number and/or your proof of purchase to complete this.
Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Can I exchange my item?
Currently we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for refund and purchase the new item.
Can I return a Whyte Certified Refurbished bike I bought from the Whyte Outlet store for a refund?
You have up to 14 days from taking delivery of your Whyte Certified Refurbished bike to request a refund if you find its of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described as long as it’s returned within 28 days of delivery in the condition you received it in. E.g. not ridden or damaged (any more than it was when listed for sale when you ordered it via our Outlet store), and carefully packed in the original packaging it was sent to you in. Any items received in a ridden condition (any more than it was when listed for sale when you ordered it via our Outlet store) will not be accepted.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you then have 14 days to return the goods, at your expense, to the shop where you collected them (or, in the case of Whyte Certified Refurbished bikes, directly to us). Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions.
My bike is faulty. What can I do?
Since 1999 we have been committed to engineering bikes and accessories that are designed to perform and engineered to last. That’s why we offer a free extended lifetime frame warranty* covering materials, manufacturing and workmanship defects for the original owners of our bikes**, alongside a one-year warranty on parts.
If you experience a problem with one of our bikes, please contact the Whyte retailer you purchased your bike from originally or, in the case of a Whyte Certified Refurbished bike bought direct from our Outlet store, please contact us here.
If you purchased a faulty item directly from us which needs to be returned, you do not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If you are asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, then we will refund the total cost of the return.
