HOW TO ORDER A BIKE

Bikes purchased from our website (www.whyte.bike) are shipped from Whyte’s UK warehouse, for assembly and collection from participating Whyte retailers. Bikes cannot be ordered directly to customers home or work addresses.

Choose your bike, check our sizing guide and add the preferred size bike to the basket. On the checkout page you'll be presented with a ‘Click & Collect' option and following image will appear.

Search for your preferred Whyte retailer using your address details. Fill in the remaining details of the form including your full name, phone number and billing address. Select a payment method and complete the required fields. Double check your entries and when you’re satisfied, click ‘Confirm & Pay Now’. When complete you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

DISPATCHING YOUR BIKE

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a ‘Whyte Bike Dispatched’ confirmation email. This email confirms that the bike has left our premises and will shortly arrive with your selected Whyte retailer. Once received the Whyte retailer will perform a Pre-Delivery Inspection and make it ready for use.
